How to delete rows in the example of a PC-Set

Consider a scenario where you want to break down a PC-set into the individual components, such as the case, monitor, keyboard, and more. Instead of exporting the entire PC set, you need to remove the set line and export the components separately.

  1. First setup up your report by including the data you look for.

  2. Then split up the PC-Set into the single componets using the function "Add additional rows" in the Rows tab. Add a row at the position "After each Order" for every component of the set with the "if" criteria "includes PC-Set":

  3. After you added all the set components add a row at the position "Delete row of Order" also with the "if" funtion "PC-Set". This will cause DataChamp to delete the original orderline including the PC-Set.

  4. Next run your report and check the output
